We’re Diana, Heath and Kathy, and we’d love to share a little of our story with you.

For the past nine years, Roatan has been our happy place. Over those years, we’ve visited with friends, traveled as couples, and often escaped here on our own. While many people come to Roatan seeking adventure filled days, we’ve always been drawn to something a little different: rest, relaxation, and the simple beauty of island life.

We love spending our days enjoying the warm Caribbean breeze, incredible food, friendly people, and the stunning beaches that make Roatan so special. West Bay Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever experienced, while nearby West End offers a vibrant, laid back atmosphere filled with local charm, restaurants, entertainment, and culture.

What keeps bringing us back year after year is that Roatan still feels authentic. It’s growing and developing quickly, with excellent healthcare, professional services, strong community investment, and a visible municipal presence, yet it remains wonderfully rustic, raw, and true to its island roots. It hasn’t lost the character that made us fall in love with it in the first place.

After nearly a decade of visiting, we realized Roatan had become more than a vacation destination, it felt like a second home. When the opportunity arose to purchase this beautiful property from friends on the island, we knew it was something we wanted to share with others.

We’re just minutes from the world famous West Bay Beach restaurants, beach bars, entertainment, and some of the best snorkeling in the Caribbean. In fact, a short four minute walk can have you stepping into crystal-clear water with your snorkel gear, ready to spend the day exploring the reef.
